Beautiful but waist is super small

This skirt is so beautiful! But I could not get over my hips. Waist band is very small.

This pleated skirt is so beautiful and very feminine! I love the color and all of the pleats. I recommend sizing up at least one size as the waistband seems to be a little narrow and there is no elastic.
